Let me just start by saying that Avard Law took on my Social Security Disability case promptly after multiple attempts by myself and my wife to handle it on our own. It was a difficult case, (mental health, not a physical disability or injury), but they agreed to represent me on the spot. They explained the process, the paperwork, and the complex structure of disability claims. My wife and I were forced to leave Cape Coral for Winston-Salem NC due to financial hardship, and Avard still agreed to keep me as a client even out of state. The process of a hearing with the Administrative Law Judge was daunting, but my attorneys prepped me very well with a wealth of information and questions and rehearsal. During the hearing, my attorney Mr Mark Zakhvatayev, was extremely professional, prepared, and even was able to properly support me when I became flustered and somewhat forgetful on some details. Carol Avard also represented me through this case, and was a bedrock, being completely transparent and truthful in our interactions. The support staff, case managers, and reception are also extremely kind and professional. The only minor gripe I have is a little more contact by email would be nice, but all in all Avard Law is a wonderful, professional, competent and excellent Law Firm for SSDI. They made it possible for my Wife and I to start on the path to a somewhat normal life, and I'll forever be grateful 5/5, would recommend
