The MIDDLE DISTRICT OF FLORIDA UNDER JUDGE JACOB A BROWN IS CORRUPT. Beware Judge Jacob A. Brown who entered an order of liquidation but did not enter a written order so that I could not appeal, and he alone is seeking liquidation - not one creditor has filed a motion for liquidation - he is doing liquidation of my properties to help his friend, Brian Hall, of SGR Law, recover $190,000 in bankruptcy and bankruptcy appeal fees - the contract does not allow post judgment attorney fees and Fidus Roofing did not plead for them and Fidus was denied foreclosure in 3-20cv1413 - Judge Brown is falsely labeling me dishonest without ever holding a hearing and no one has ever called me dishonest except Judge Brown - I am an officer of the court, a process server, nurse and a Private investigator, and Judge Brown is so desperate to keep me quiet about his fraudulent conduct, he has entered an order that if I disobey Gene Johnson, the Chapter 11 Trustee, that he will call the U.S. Marshall and have them take me into custody. Judge Brown, for no reason whatsoever, has entered an order that I cannot file any motion or objection or notice - I filed a Notice of Chapter 13 Dismissal and Judge Brown struck it. I filed a Notice of Appeal, and Judge Brown struck it. The Chapter 11 Trustee called for an adversary hearing to liquidate all of my properties, for the benefit of Fidus - who does not have to file one document - they are just sitting back and Judge Brown has declared that he will approve the Chapter 11 Trustee's Motion for Sale of my property held tenants by the entireties, and he said -well obviously, we have to go through the process- and I was converted from a Chapter 13 to a Chapter 11 and I do not have a business, and I am retired, and work part time, and the Chapter 11 closed down my VRBO rental, denied me $6,000 in potential income, and is seeking to illegally take my properties held Tenants by the Entireties to a fraudulent PROOF OF CLAIM, the Fidus Proof of Claim for $411,000 claims the basis of perfection is a judicial lien and Lis Pendens. A Lis Pendens is a warning of pending litigation, not a security instrument and my rental property was never a part of any claim, contract, lawsuit or judgment, but the Chapter 11 Trustee Gene Johnson is moving to take it with Judge Brown supporting him and granting him his request that I cannot file any motion , or objection in the Adversary trial. That is a denial of my constitutional rights and is an abomination and fraud and coercion because on the same day he said he would get my appeals dismissed, Gene Johnson sent me a settlement agreement for Fidus, giving them a $150,000 mortgage on my home and $261K. With the $150k current mortgage, my home will be worthless and I will be paying for the Fidus fraud. There is no justice in the Judge Brown courtroom. I am not the only pro-se female that he has taken apart, took their property without any justification and everyone of the Trustees is afraid of losing their job so noone says anything to object. Judge Brown imposed $50K sanctions and my husband is not a debtor. If there are any attorneys out there reading this review, I beg them to contact me, I can easily be found on the internet by my process serving business. I cannot work as a process server and use my own gas because I am prohibited from spending any business money - so I have no way to support myself or pay for gas. Social security does not pay for my mortgages, auto and home insurance, car payments, and gas and maintenance for me and my rescue pets. The truth is in the transcripts- orders given to Gene Johnson but not put on the record, and then followed by threats that if I disobey they will have the U.S. Marshall take me into custody. Once that happens, I lose the ability to work as every one of my occupations is licensed. Judge Brown is a creditors judge and is so involved in the court system for so many years no one will question his orders. He does whatever he wants to pro-se debtors. The Trustees want to earn big bucks so they obey verbal orders.
