Mr. Pinkston is not only very professional, straight forward, but a caring person. He allowed me to vent about everything I was holding on to, and took on my problem as if it was his own personal responsibility and kept me informed about everything and at the end it all worked out for my good !! I can’t say enough how much I appreciate him for being just who he said he was when we first meet. Now he’s my very own attorney for everything. Thank you Mr. Pinkston for all you do!
During a difficult time, David came highly recommend by a good friend and he and his team didn't disappoint. They have been AMAZING to work with. When the process itself becomes overwhelming David takes the time and walks us through and when I'm not understanding something, he calms my crazy 🤦🏾♀️😂. Filing bankruptcy is not a cake walk, but David has made it easier.

I tried to deal with my financial problems myself and that was just not a good idea as there are so many laws I am unaware of as well as concern of finding myself in a bigger situation. Attorney David Pinkston provided no legal counsel. He stated 2,500.00 was needed before he could advise me on which chapter 7 or chapter 13 was needed, and 5,500.00 would be needed if I file a chapter 13. He discussed price but not how he could help me. According to bankruptcy laws chapter 13 fees are included into the chapter 13 bankruptcy. I gave this Attorney 500.00 out of desperation hoping to obtain him for 5,500.00 for chapter 13, when I come not provide the money for the 5500.00 fee he would not return my money. This Attorney is a scam and made it all about money. Never provided any legal counsel.
David was so helpful and NICE! I called to ask for legal advice and even though he didn't answer, he immediately called me back and left a message. i called back and he answered all my questions and offered to help in any way I needed. I would recommend David to anyone!
David and Aaron were amazing to work with. After calling several attorneys, I picked David because he was the most knowledgeable. I also felt like he really listened and was empathetic to my situation. David and Aaron were always available to answer any questions that I had at any time in the process. David is very detail oriented and thorough so you do not have to worry about any issues. I cannot recommend him enough.
