If you like being lied to and deceived this is your law firm. I made the mistake of believing Joe and his BS...... He and his staff are there to take your money and give you nothing in return. They set me up two different times with these scenarios of there approach to my legal problems. After a year of doing nothing, Joe billed me for more money to continue the same exact sit and wait game he had done for the first year. I declined the offer and decided to approach my problems in a different manor. I then asked about bankruptcy and again the lying and deceiving continued. I put a down payment on my bankruptcy and was told I had to have all these documents for the filing. After checking with other legal information, I found him to be incompetent with this part of the law. I went and filed my own Bankruptcy and didn't need any of the document that he said was required. I then asked for my deposit back and was told that he doesn't return deposits. He told me I signed a contract that stated this. I asked for proof two times and was ignored and then he wouldn't take my calls. His Paralegal informed me if I wanted to communicate with Joe I would have to write him a letter. Well, not only did I write him a letter, I wrote two letters with no response. I had to go to the local TV station and have them contact Joe. He then and only then called and told me to come pick up my Down payment. The most amazing conversation I had with Joe when we first met was he told me about every crooked law firm in the area by name. The only problem was that he didn't include himself. After talking to him when I picked up my money he informed me that he subcontracts out his Bankruptcy's to a Paralegal. If he was an honest Attorney he would have told me that from the start and of course I wouldn't have done business with Joe. Buyers Beware!!!!!
