If I could give zero stars, I would. Bankruptcy is one of the most vulnerable times in a person’s life, and instead of having an attorney who communicated and provided guidance, I was left feeling ignored and completely on my own. I repeatedly called, emailed, and tried to get updates with little to no response. I should not have had to chase my own attorney just to find out what was happening in my case.
Yes, my case was ultimately discharged, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of communication and professionalism I experienced throughout the process. An attorney’s job is more than filing paperwork—it’s also keeping clients informed. I did not receive that.
I’m sharing this because I don’t want someone else to experience the same frustration, anxiety, and uncertainty that I did. If you’re looking for an attorney who will keep you informed and communicate with you, my experience tells me to recommend that you keep looking.
