In the summer of 2025 I found myself drowning in a tsunami of debt. It had been building for years, but like the proverbial ostrich with its head buried in the sand, I thought I could handle it, that it would all work out – I’d get an amazing job with a great salary; I’d win the million-dollar Lotto; I’d be a recipient in a long-lost rich relative’s will. Ha! The debt kept increasing; I could no longer keep up with even the minimum payments. It was a very difficult decision, but the only way out for me was bankruptcy, and so I began my bankruptcy lawyer search. I chose Gina Rosato based on all the positive reviews I read. And it turned out to be a great decision. She and her team, especially Tom her paralegal, are professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating for someone like me with questions. I trusted them to maneuver through the backroads of the bankruptcy labyrinth and to assist me with filling out and completing the required paperwork. I always felt like I was a valued client, and while I viewed myself as a loser who couldn’t pay the huge credit card bills she amassed, Gina Rosato and her team (especially Tom and Brielle) always treated me with respect. I just received my discharge – hurray! – but I know this isn’t the end of the process. The trustee still has to complete her end regarding my bankruptcy. And Gina Rosato and her team will be there to help me if there are any issues. I really appreciate that the Gina Rosato Law Firm was there in my hour of need and made the bankruptcy process relatively painless. And having a bowl of candy available for anxious clients is an added bonus I truly enjoyed!

My bankruptcy was officially discharged after several years, so I can confidently write this review now that I’ve used Gina and her team from start to finish. This process was so stressful to me overall, but Gina’s firm was amazing with keeping me guided and comfortable through the entire process. They were all very friendly and responsive. I am beyond grateful for everything they helped me with and wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. I was in so much debt, stressed, and at my whits end. I am blessed to have been connected with Gina and the team. I definitely called them no less than 150 times to ask questions, and not once did they sound irritated with me.
