Mr. Felix has played in my daughter face for the last 1.5 years. She was involved in a semi truck accident, with her two children (under five) in 2022. When connected, he agreed she had a case, and he was willing to take it on. The updates/communication was very inconsistent. He kept telling her what the company was telling him, etc instead of fighting for her. She had an eye witness from the scene. She was no faulted/citied for the accident, the truck driver was. The truck driver was already fighting to kept his licenses, which was discovered. He informed her he was able to get ahold of not one, not two, but three videos. My daughter was hit from the blind side of the truck, so apparently he came over on her and not only hit her, but was dragging the car (a second truck driver witnessed, was at scene to assist). The accident has bee very traumatic for my grandkids and her. I can't believe he let my daughter down in this case! After this ecperience, I don't believe he is well experienced with semi truck accident cases. I wish he had let her know sooner, she could have reached out to another attorney. He now sends an email talking about the staue of limitations surrounding law suit cases, and the timeframe a claim has to be filed, which he has waited until two months before that time 🤬 SMH. We have contacted a few other attorneys, but neither is willing to take case, due to the timeframe it has been 🤬 Then you hang up the phone on my daughter, after she ask you for additional recommendations. Also, you mentioning her 30 day incarceration, had absolutely nothing to do with her case/claim. Just say you not knowledgeable of these type cases, and will lose if you take to court. This attorney is definitely not recommended. Beyond disappointed!! Be overall, we are thankful for their life itself ❤️🙏🏾
