Cold blooded lack of interest in helping resolve a problem they partially created.
Although I went to Ft Pierce office, I was interviewed on the phone. I went there because I am hard of hearing. The lawyer I spoke to implied that I was imagining the basis of my inquiry. She repeated her position without concern for my difficulty. She insisted that no lawyer in her office would tell me what I was claiming I was told. I was referring to a session that I had there in 2018 or 2019. She said although she had been there four years, no lawyer would ever tell me what he said.
She apparently believes she can teleport to past conversations which she did not bother to research. I felt compelled to play the age card but she repeated her position. Cold and uncaring!

Where do I start… When I first got into an accident I was super stressed & my anxiety was through the roof. I called multiple different law firms and they didn’t want to take my case. But then I called Hoskins, Turco, Lloyd & Lloyd and right away took the case! From the Customer Service Representative to the legal assistant, & my attorney which was Richard Lavery they were ALL AMAZING! Rapid responses, constant updates, amazing work ethic. This firm is the worst that anyone will like to have to be represent in this difficult situation like car accidents.
In my case this people took my case make me and my husband sign the contract then review my file and decided to do not take the case anynore. Waist my time under liesq
For the time been we thougth we will be ok having a lawyer.

Great experience working this firm. I would highly recommend them. Everything from working with the support team to working with the attorneys themselves. The level of communication was fantastic and very pleasurable. After two years of going back and forth with SSI/DISABILITY and being turned down. I brought my case to them.
