Amanda was amazing to work with. She not only fought hard for my family and I but she understood the situation and showed empathy. As a Black woman seeking support for serious employment issues, the delay left me feeling overlooked. I’m not making any accusations, but I want to be honest about the impression I was left with: it felt as though your firm may be more responsive to Caucasian and Hispanic clients than to someone like me. I understand that may not be your intention, but it was the experience I had.
