This attorney has no business practicing law. She put me in harms way told me I did not have to be in court on a particular day and there was a warrant( non captáis) put out for my arrest for 40 days. The case is mistaken identity. She explained to me that prosecutor Melissa Miri had spoken with my alibi witness that was with me the night that this happened and that we were to move ahead to drop the charges. A week later when Miss Sanchez showed up in court judge Green decided that I was supposed to be in court, but due to her Telling me that I did not have to be in court I was not. The warrant was put out because of her. This should’ve been dropped a very long time ago however, because of her screw up she put in for a Withdrawal as my attorney so therefore she stole my $5000 to represent me did not return my money and withdrew from the case. With that being said, she does not know the law well enough to represent anyone maybe parking tickets, however, to represent somebody against a mistaken identity case which clearly shows that it is not me . And this has taken a toll on my finances I will be going after her on a civil basis for ruining my life , and CAREER AS A REGISTERED NURSE. THIS HAS TAKEN A TOLL ON MY FINANCES AS I HAVE NOT BEEN UNABLE TO SECURE EMPLOYMENT FOR OVER 18 MONTHS. she is the worst attorney out there. You should think twice before you hire her. Also when you call her, she never answers. She refuses to be in touch via Phone and does nothing but text message complains that she has a child and that that takes priority in her life. She is smug, righteous, and holier than thou that attitude is not good when representing clients who are innocent. I would think twice about hiring her. I will be going after her in a civil court for damages, as well as anything else that I possibly can do not use this attorney you will be sorry and if you go to AVO LAW online Just she’s done the exact same thing to another client
