When my husband and I were in a collision and found ourselves injured, we realized quickly the insurance companies were not going to play fair with us. We were recommended Nick Congero and never regretted our choice. If Nick did not answer my calls right away, he would always touch base within 5-10 minutes. He got us limits on our case and is extremely knowledgable. Nick fought for us and we thank God we made the choice we did.
Working with Nick was a great experience. He always took the time to explain the confusing legal process in a way I could understand so I never felt confused. He was also always just a phone call or text away and even answered on the weekends. He got me a great result and was so much better than the larger firm I used prior that treated me like a number and only let me talk to case managers. I’ve recommend him to all my family and friends. I am 10/10 satisfied with the work that Nick Congero and his team did for me. Nick was responsive, checked in on a regular basis, and really made the entire process as simple for me as possible. He is very knowledgeable, and has a background with insurance companies as well, which gives him and edge in helping you navigate those murky waters. Don't go with the big guys because you hear about them all the time, with Nick, you're a person, with some others... you're a case number. I will 100% come back to Nick should I need him in the future.

Nick is absolutely one of the best in the business. He shows empathy and understanding listening to all of your concerns.
