I will start by saying I have had a very bad experience with an attorney in the past. So in June & Aug. of 2025 I had 2 accident that were not my fault, 1st one she ran a red light because see couldn't see because her contacts were not allowing her to see,, which I had injuries, 2nd accident he was driving his mommy's truck he ran a stop sign & slammed into the side of my truck, which made my injuries worse. I was very scared & leery of any attorney, but my daughter suggested "Ask Gary" so I called & said I need a trustworthy attorney to help me.
Someone at "Ask Gary" said that Hunter Law had helped her daughter, so I gave it a chance. Attorney Brian P. Motroni & Paralegal Melissa Battles were wonderful, always kept me informed & answered all my concerns & questions. The medial help they offered did not help me in any way, but they tried, but could not determine how to help my pain. The only issue I have is that due to the careless actions of these 2 individuals, my life is forever changed, due to insurance caps on coverage, my compensation was not enough to help me with my future pain & suffering, I lost my insurance of 23 yrs, had to get a new truck since the accidents caused the computer system in my truck to not work & would have cost me over 4000.00 to fix & wasn't a guarantee, so I had no choice but to get another truck. I had only had my truck for a year & a half. Due to these people who can wake up each morning with no pain & can go on with their lives, I on the other hand don't have that option.
