My experience with this law firm had both positive and negative aspects.
First, the hospitality at the office was excellent. The woman at the front desk was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. She truly made a great first impression and her professionalism and friendliness stood out.
Based on what I have seen on their social media, the attorneys appear to be very knowledgeable and experienced in their field.
However, my concern was with the pricing transparency. I visited the firm last week because I was seeking assistance with a cease-and-desist letter. I paid over $300 for the consultation, but the cost of preparing the letter was not discussed until after the consultation had already taken place. I was then quoted over $5,000 for the service.
From my understanding and research, many attorneys in the Miami-Dade area charge significantly less for a cease-and-desist letter—sometimes under $500 especially when the client already provides the supporting evidence and documentation, as I did.
Overall, the staff was very friendly and the office environment was welcoming. However, the pricing may not be affordable for everyone. If cost is not a concern for you, they may be a good option.
