In my personal experience with this law firm and with attorneys John Rutledge and Hunter A. Hagood-James, I was extremely disappointed with how my case was handled. I felt there was a consistent lack of communication, missed follow-up, and very little interest in understanding the important facts that I repeatedly brought to their attention.
In my opinion, both attorneys failed to provide the level of professional attention that any client should reasonably expect. There were missed appointments, unanswered emails, and long periods of silence where I had to constantly follow up just to get basic information or updates. I also felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and were dismissed without proper explanation.
As a client, I believe I deserved clear communication, guidance, and proper handling of the documents and evidence I provided—but unfortunately, in my experience, I did not receive that from either attorney or the firm as a whole. I honestly left feeling that my case was not a priority and that I was left to deal with the consequences of mistakes that should not have happened in the first place.
Based on my personal experience, I would strongly caution anyone before hiring this law firm or either of these attorneys. I personally would not return, and I hope my experience helps other clients who expect professionalism, reliability, and real attention to their legal matters. “In my opinion, I had strong evidence and I believe the case should have been handled very differently.”
