My experience with this firm for 3 years has been very draining.
My represented attorney was Mike Mann and he just disappeared during the 2 years of representing me and my family.
leaving me to no choice but to continue with this case since the statutory limitation was almost up, leaving me no time to change attorneys .My family and I had to contact multiple people at the lawfirm to even get in touch with this attorney Mike Mann .The assistant that is taking calls is very unprofessional , Lies to clients to get them off the phone ,And eventually no one calls you back .
Then after finally getting in touch with Mike Mann ,He then mentions he settles out of court last year in 2023 of August, And now it is August of 2024, And My family and I have yet to still receive our settlement .
I called Today and the same assistant was again very unprofessional after asking for Ms. Martine or Ms Llyod she has me waiting on the phone for 30 min at a time, until I called multiple times to eventually getting in touch with Ms. Channa Lloyd to help save the day and the case . Ms. Lloyd is very professional and honest , I truly appreciate the efforts of her picking up where my family and I was dropped of at
