Just wanted to thank Don, a man that is upfront, and made me feel as if I were talking to a long time friend, unlike other lawyers wanting to push bankruptcy on me. Don gave me his undivided attention and most importantly his time to help me with my issue. I recently purchased an RV from Florida, and have had some issues since. I decided to reach out to an attorney, which an attorney from Colorado (where I live) recommended calling Don in Orlando (Where i purchased). I did. Although RV Lemon Laws being somewhat specialized, and Not being a core for most attorneys, including Don, Don looked into the details "on his own time". We had multiple discussions and determined this would be better supported by someone specialized in this specific area and even recommended a firm that resulted from his researching into it. I was served with a lawsuit against me for a credit card debut from years ago. I contacted Don on what my options were. He took my case on and withing a month the case was dismissed. Don Petersen is an exceptional consumer rights attorney. I am another Orlando attorney (different practice area), who has grown to know and greatly respect Don Petersen over many years. Right away I knew that Don would have had a MUCH better outcome for the client. Basically this other attorney resolved the issue in a less than ideal way. And I knew Don Petersen had the ability to get a much better result, based on my many discussions with him about how he handles specific cases. Part of the reason is that the law involves creativity in many instances -- and Don's years of focused experience in this narrow area of the law gives him the ability to think of solutions many other consumer debt lawyers would miss..
