It started out a little rough when I initially spoke with Ignatius, however, most of my dealings and subsequent execution of my will, healthcare surrogacy, and living will were all performed exemplary by JULIENNE! She was positively awesome and I would give 4 1/2 stars overall for Julieen’s hard work.. Had it not started out so difficult I would’ve given them five.The receptionist Emily was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel very welcome upon my arrival, offered me something to drink, as it was extremely hot out, asked if I was comfortable and told me she would escort me in a few moments to the conference room. Upon arriving in the conference room, she offered me fresh baked cookies and something to drink. She said to go ahead and help myself and make Comfortable. The rest of the time flew by quite quickly reviewing and initialing the paperwork. Pretty painless, but very thorough. I would not hesitate to refer this agency to family and friends for any type of legal work that they need accomplished. And quite frankly, Their pricing is very fair!
