My experience with this attorney was disappointing. During settlement negotiations, I found the communication and professionalism to fall below my expectations. After the settlement agreement was fully executed, the opposing party failed to comply with its payment obligations, and my repeated attempts to obtain a response regarding the default went unanswered. While I understand that an attorney's role is to advocate for a client, I expected greater professionalism, transparency, and responsiveness throughout the process. Based on my experience, I would encourage prospective clients to carefully consider these factors when selecting legal counsel. This review reflects only my personal experience and opinion.
Our attorney, Andrew Jun from the Law Office of Jun Avia, demonstrated professionalism and expertise, taking the time to understand our unique business needs and providing clear, actionable advice. Every interaction with Andrew was efficient and thorough. I recommend the Law Office of Jun Avia as knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly for any corporate legal needs.
I cannot recommend Jose Avila highly enough. Over the past year, he has provided exceptional legal support during a challenging lawsuit with my former business partners. From the outset, Jose demonstrated not only an impressive depth of legal knowledge but also a genuine dedication to my case. He guided me through each step, often helping me gain clarity and tempering my emotions with his wise counsel and calm approach. Jose consistently took the time to explain every detail, ensuring I felt informed and confident throughout the process. His responsiveness and follow-through were exemplary. Beyond helping me secure a fair settlement, his kindness and empathy made a difficult time much easier to handle. I’ve had both positive and negative experiences with attorneys in the past, and I can honestly say Jose has been the best by far. If you’re looking for a skilled, compassionate, and dedicated business attorney (with a Harvard background), Jose Avila is the one you want on your side
Working with Jose and Jun Avila Law was a great experience. The attorneys are highly knowledgable and provided me with real practical advice. Communication was always timely and made the experience very easy. If anyone is looking for an attorney for business legal matters I would highly recommend this firm.
Highly satisfied with our experience with OMLaw firm, especially with attorney Jose Avila. He is super organized, reliable and professional. He educated us on what to expected, what the likely outcome would be and he achieved it. He is definitely a great and caring attorney and I would recommend him to anyone.
Jose is a great business attorney who is both accessible and responsive. My firm, Fire Capital Management, started working with Jose last year. We initially engaged him to help us with a contractually dispute but he has since become our go to for all of our business related legal issues. Jose's technical expertise and versatility makes him a tremendous asset to our growing business. His price is very fair for the quality of work that he does and we couldn't be happier having him on our side.
