This company is completely useless. They contacted us after an accident we were involved in. They told us we could receive compensation for injuries sustained in the accident and explained the details. So far, so good. However, the therapy center they referred us to, Rejuvenx, claimed that we applied to the center after the 14-day legal period following the accident. However, we went to the center on the eleventh or twelfth day. After filling out a lot of paperwork, they told us that it was closing time and that we should come back three days later to start therapy. After a while, the therapy center told us that we had started therapy after the 14-day period following the accident; therefore, we could not continue therapy, and if we did, we would have to pay for it ourselves. We contacted Norma, an employee of Norden Leacox, and informed her of the situation. She said she would investigate and get back to us. However, she didn't respond even after two weeks. Despite contacting her and asking for the result, instead of believing us, her clients, she blamed us and gave answers like, "You started therapy after 14 days from the accident, so you can't continue." We repeated the same things in every conversation; we told her that we went to the therapy center before 14 days had passed since the accident. Each time, she said she would investigate and give us an answer, but she never got back to us. We repeatedly called her to ask for the result. This situation repeated itself several more times, and each time she blamed us instead of believing us. Finally, after a conversation with someone else from the same company, we explained the situation, and they asked us to go to the therapy center to continue therapy, and if they said we couldn't continue, to contact them. We mentioned our difficulties contacting Norma, but they brushed it off and told us to go to the center. A few days later, Norma miraculously called us and said that we could continue the therapy, that the problem had been resolved, and that we were right. After the therapy ended, when she called us again regarding the compensation payment, we told her that we had paid the rental fee for the replacement vehicle provided to us during the repair of our car after the accident, and that we had the payment receipt. She asked us to send her this receipt via email, but also said that we needed to hurry with the other payment, and that we should sign the copies of the documents she sent us so that they could be approved as soon as possible due to the upcoming holidays. We signed the documents and sent them to her via email, and we received the injury compensation – everything was normal up to this point. However, she did not process the rental fee for the replacement vehicle, even though more than two months had passed since our last conversation, and we were left paying this rental fee out of our own pockets. However, they transferred their consulting fee to their account without any delay. Therefore, I definitely do not recommend them.
