I received a call from this law firm after submitting an inquiry for services. They asked me a few questions and scheduled an appointment for 3:00 PM the following day. Next morning (the day of my appointment), I received another call from someone else asking about the same inquiry and whether I wanted to schedule an appointment.
The lack of communication between staff made it seem like they weren't aware of the appointment that had already been scheduled, and they couldn't even confirm whether my original appointment was in the system. The office would benefit from better communication and coordination between staff to provide a smoother experience for potential clients.
