I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Armando E. Rosal was extremely disappointing. We came seeking guidance during a very difficult time, expecting a lawyer who would evaluate the situation and explain the available options. Instead, we felt dismissed from the start.
The person seeking help was clinically depressed and under an enormous amount of stress. Rather than showing empathy or taking the situation seriously, Mr. Rosal's attitude came across as cold, impatient, and very judgmental. At one point, he even was bothered by the simple fact that my companion rested his hands on the table while speaking, which made the meeting feel unnecessarily uncomfortable.
We left feeling that no real effort was made whatsoever to understand the circumstances or discuss possible solutions. A consultation should leave you with a better understanding of your legal options, even if the attorney ultimately decides not to take the case. That did not happen here.
If you're looking for someone who will take the time to listen during one of the most difficult moments of your life, this is NOT it.
His pricing may be affordable, but in our case the quality of service reflected that. As my grandfather used to say, "You get what you pay for."
