The thought of probate was daunting, but Michael Severe explained the process, answered all of my family's questions, and really helped us through the most difficult time. My brother and I chose Erin to handle my mom’s estate for a couple of reasons. When my mom passed we were a little nervous about having to meet with a lawyer to handle her estate. We do not live in Florida so we weren’t sure how that would all work out.
When we met with Erin we immediately felt a sense of relief and felt relaxed in her presence. She was so down to earth, she had so much compassion for our situation, and she made us feel so comfortable talking with her that we both agreed that she made us feel like friends/family.
She is also very professional & knowledgeable in what she does and made the process so easy for us. She answered all our questions promptly and made the out of state thing seem nonexistent.
