I cannot say enough good things about this firm. From their office staff to the attorneys themselves. Stephanie and Justin are both amazing and happy to help us out at any time. Paul takes a minimum of 30 minutes to sit with me, study my file (as a Public Adjuster), AND actually makes fantastic points about a photo I could have taken or something else I might want to go back and gather to improve the file! This was my third major Hurricane season and not a single attorney out there ever did that on one of my previous files. He does it on every single one and then brings the client in on the call. I have peace at mind knowing what was said to my client and feel like the client was properly "handed off" (for lack of better terms) to finish out the rest of the claim process. Dave...I cannot say enough good things about Dave. He is a wealth of knowledge and has the ability to take exceptionally complex legal concepts and break them down into "normal people speak" :) He is there for us whenever we need him. He is a MASTER at contracts and we feel our company is a lot safer conducting business out there, as a result of his dilligence in crafting what we needed. The team added Stephen Harmon to their network of experts. The most knowledgable man on the planet when it comes to Xactimate - the estimating software program just about every insurance company out there uses. THIS FIRM IS A POWERHOUSE!! I'm so grateful for each and every one of them.
