TYLER GATES ROCKS! If you need an attorney you can’t do better than Tyler Gates! Tyler has been a criminal defense lawyer in Jacksonville for over 20 years. He has an excellent working relationship with the judges and prosecutors office. This allows him to get things done. Tyler saved my grandson from prison and got him released ONE day after we contacted him!!! My grandson will be with us for Christmas instead of in jail. Tyler answers phone calls and text ASAP. I have found it best to text him as he can’t answer phone calls if he is in court. I can say this about Tyler, he genuinely cares about his clients. If anyone in my family ever needs an attorney we will call Tyler!
Okkkkk so where do I start!!!!! I have been knowing Mr. Gates for years, starting from 2014 - 2025 to be exact. Tyler is a Dream Team ALONE, so attentive and accommodating to me. He has been very professional without being overly restrictive EVERY TIME, he hasn’t failed me in several cases. He makes me so comfortable with trusting his work and he treat you as family. I have always saw so much potential back in 2014 which is why I ALWAYS hire him with any case I come upon with not a second thought and as well as HIGHLY recommending him to family and friends because he’s THE MAN with the dang plan! Listen I found myself in a place that I’m sure is one of a lot of parents nightmares but my son was arrested for some VERY serious FALSE charges that could have landed him behind bar’s for a very long time. Tyler Gates is no doubt a phenomenal private attorney that I personally have went up against the State of Florida three times. I wasn't going to wait until a verdict was read to surmise whether he was or was not the person I needed in my corner and the most important characteristic I needed to be confident of is TRUST. Facing criminal charges is very demanding to most of us. Especially since exercising your rights and standing up to your accuser(s) will only infuriate the prosecutor. The only way I could make it through the aftermath of winning or losing trial was going to be dependent on whether or not I could TRUST that Tyler Gates had been Honest, Transparent, Attentive and Thorough as well as meticulous in keeping our conversations, evidence, petitions etc etc absolutely secure and only available to Tyler and myself.
