This is the worst lawyer. If I could give zero stars, I would. To start off, my family and I paid $50,000 for Curtis Fallgatter to represent my boyfriend. He made it seem like he was going to handle the case, but after receiving the payment, it was another lawyer named Lisa representing my boyfriend’s case. Curtis states that she is his partner. Although we did not expect Lisa to take over the case, I can honestly say that I am thankful that she did instead of Curtis. If you are looking for a lawyer to represent you, make sure that they are willing to fight for your rights. One of the most concerning things about Curtis is that his approach is to pressure his clients to snitch or cooperate with authorities in exchange for leniency. A lawyer's responsibility is to advocate for their clients and provide them with the best legal defense without compromising their rights. Curtis Fallgatter is a prime example of a lawyer who is more interested in making money than actually representing his clients. Curtis charged extra fees for forfeiture, which was supposed to be part of defending the case. Throughout the entire case, Curtis Fallgatter could not be reached, and Lisa was the only one handling things. Ironically, when the case was over, he had a lot to say, especially about the forfeiture case because we were being charged an additional fee. It became apparent that Fallgatter only talked when money was involved, which is troubling behavior for a lawyer. Additionally, my boyfriend did not receive the sentencing we were hoping for due to Curtis’s lack of effort and dedication to the case. With over 20 years of experience and his appearance on the Dr. Phil show, he seemed like a great lawyer. However, our experience with him proved otherwise. He was often rude and unprofessional, and instead of actively working on my boyfriend's case, all he did was simply tell him to cooperate with the authorities without offering any further assistance. If you are reading this, please thoroughly research and consider all options before hiring a lawyer like Curtis Fallgatter, who may not have their clients' best interests at heart , unless you are willing to give away tons of money for free. Our experience with Curtis has left us feeling disappointed and angry. Despite receiving a LOT of money, he did absolutely NOTHING to help my boyfriend's case!!!!!!!
The best out there! Mr. Curtis Fallgatter and Associates are by far the most professional and diligent people. In my years of working for or knowing Attorney's, I have not seen an Attorney work so hard and be so dedicated to what he does like Mr. Fallgatter. My family and many others really admire and appreciate him and the staff. They are definitely worth the time and money!
Mr. Fallgatter and his team were extremely great and awesome. They were quick with answering questions and handling all my needs. I hired him for a case for my husband, and while doing that case my husband received another charge. Mr Fallgatter took on that case for free so he did not one but two different charges for me. I am extremely grateful for everything that he has done. I would highly recommend his team to anyone.
