This is my first Google review because I believe it may help others make a more informed decision than I did. I paid a total of $35,000 to Justin Beckham's firm for representation in my case which is a significant amount. Based on my personal experience, I was disappointed with the level of communication and overall service I received. After payment was made, I felt that communication declined significantly. Given the seriousness of my situation, this created a great deal of stress and uncertainty for me throughout the case. I was not informed that a mitigation packet was being prepared or submitted on my behalf, nor was I informed of any defensive motions that were being pursued. If such work was performed, it was never clearly communicated to me. I repeatedly hoped for a clearer explanation of defense strategy, my available options, and the steps being taken to advocate for my interests. Unfortunately, I never felt that I received the level of guidance, preparation, or communication that I expected given the substantial fee I paid. I respect that every case is different and that no attorney can guarantee a particular outcome. My review is not based solely on the result of my case. Rather, it reflects my personal experience as a client and my belief that the services I received did not justify the amount I paid. The experience was emotionally difficult for me, and I was unable to recover any of my legal fees. Based on my personal experience, I would not hire this firm again and I encourage others to carefully research and consider their options when choosing representation. This was one of the most difficult experiences of my life.
