Hiring Frank as my mother’s attorney is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am writing this review to share my personal experience with Frank Gavira. I waited a long time before posting this because the outcome of my case was extremely disappointing, especially considering what I was told at the beginning. As a first-time offender, Frank Gavira personally assured me that my case was very easy to beat. He told me that, at worst, I would likely be placed into a program and that once I completed it, the charges would be dropped and my record would remain clean. Based on those assurances, I decided to hire him and trusted that he would work toward that outcome. Before I hired him, he was very attentive and spoke to me in a way that made me feel like he genuinely cared about helping me. However, after I paid his fee, my experience changed significantly. Communication became extremely difficult. My calls were rarely returned, and it often took weeks to get any response from his office. When someone from his team did respond, I was usually told not to worry and that everything was going fine. Throughout the process, I continued to believe that I would be placed into the program that had been discussed. However, after several months, I was ultimately told that this outcome could not be achieved. Hearing this at the end of the process was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially because the expectations had been set so clearly from the start. In addition to the communication issues, I felt that the level of professionalism and attention to my case was not what I expected when hiring private legal representation. There were multiple delays in communication, and overall I felt unsupported during a very stressful time in my life. Looking back, I honestly feel that I might have had a similar or even better experience with a public defender. I regret trusting the assurances that were given to me at the beginning. I am sharing my experience so that others who are considering hiring Frank Gavira can do their research, ask detailed questions, and carefully evaluate all of their options before making a decision. This review reflects my personal experience and the disappointment I felt after trusting that my case would be handled differently. What affected me the most was not only the final outcome, but the feeling that I had trusted someone who made promises about what could be done for my case and then did not follow through in the way I expected. When someone is facing a legal situation, they are often scared and vulnerable, and they rely heavily on the guidance and honesty of the attorney they hire. My hope in sharing this experience is that others approach that decision carefully and make sure they choose representation they truly feel confident in but ***under no circumstances hire this firm or FRANK GAVIRA*** he is the absolute worst and i will guarantee you that the outcome you get from him wont be nothing like what he told you when he sat down with you in his office and told you not to worry that your case was going to be handled promptly and professionally . PS: Frank Gavira, while you may fool people into hiring you and giving them assurance of what the outcome will be, only to tell them at the last minute that the outcome is different—even though you knew what you were doing the whole time—you can only lie to yourself and others. The Creator of the universe, Jesus Christ, is watching you.
