If you can string two words together on your own, I say don't waste your time hiring this company, just represent yourself. They are unresponsive and terrible at their job.
I received a FL speeding ticket, but i don't live in the state so I was not coming back for court. They required that I provide them with my current state driver's record, which i did, only for them to still lose the case. The appointed lawyer did not show up so they had someone stand in. The kicker is the police officer also did not show up, but some how the case was not dismissed. Not only did they lose but had the audacity to say that "good news you didn't get any points". I don't live here, points mean nothing. Now on top of being out $115 from them, and the price of the ticket, there is an additional court fee of $50.
After trying to contact them, even through the email provided via these reviews, they have gone ghost. No response to how this happened and what can be done to rectify the situation. They are definitely unprofessional and incompetent. Save your money and if you live out of state, just pay the ticket.
Update
One day after writing this review, they finally remembered my number and contacted me. Only it was my original attorney and not the one that represented me in court. Stating that that I never notified them that I wanted to go to trial. When did you communicate with me at all prior to the court date? I only spoke to a paralegal after my initial intake and even then they never gave the option to go to trial. I even had to follow up to confirm that he received my paperwork. After this the attorney states that they have a good relationship with the officer which is why they plead. Do you work for them or me? Are you guys paid extra for not doing your job? No i don't want to go to trial because you guys couldn't represent me at a cotton candy factory let alone a court room. Paid and now done with this saga. Learn from this.
