Rachel Kuhl is a superstar legal eagle of the great Musca law Firm. In my opinion, she should be the Attorney employee of the month. This is the second time she represented me in a case. And I am totally satisfied and extremely ecstatic with the results. The first time she represented me was in a probation violation case; I had defaulted on probation two prior times and I had left the jurisdiction for more than two decades. In most cases and most jurisdictions that would be almost certain prison time. However, As my Attorney, I was lucky enough with her assistance and God's favor to get back on probation a third time. She introduced some legal precedences that totally swayed the judge's decision. She defended me like a mother lion would defend her cubs. I hired her and the firm again for early termination from probation. The motion was granted for a hearing. And once again, her expertise representation helped get my probation terminated a year and a half early. I will forever be grateful for Rachel Kuhl.
I have just recently retained Musca Law. I'm a 60 yr old man who has never needed a lawyer. My anxiety level through the roof. Everyone has been so kind and compassionate not one judgy person. I feel like I have made the best choice. John even talked tome on phone. Marla. Thank you. I know I've been twisted. I know you will do your best!! Blessed ,Mother shine her light on you.
I contacted Musca Law about my case and they assigned Paul Showalter as my attorney. He was very communicative, I spoke with him in person and over the phone and he detailed the strategy and approach he was going to take for my case. He laid out what I could expect and how this could be a long process. He kept me updated every step of the way and answered all my questions. He along with his legal assistant Denise were extremely helpful in providing resources and what support systems I should peruse in order to help myself and case. As a result of his hard work and effort, all my charges were dismissed. The best possible outcome I could have hoped for. I am very happy with my decision to contact Musca Law and have Paul Showalter and his team work my case.
Hands down the best law firm out there. I was looking at losing my license for year and a half for refusing a breathalyzer. I contacted Musca law firm and they immediately got back to me and took on my case. They represented me at my hearing for my license in a very hard to win situation. Their expertise shined through and they won my case for me. My license is reinstated with no restriction. These guys are nothing short of miracle workers!! I would trust them with my life. If anyone is looking for a lawyer to represent them for a DUI or issues with their license, I 100% recommend these guys and would not use anyone else!
John Musca And his team did an incredible job getting my charges dropped. If you’re looking for a DUI lawyer in the state of Florida, look no further than Musca law …take it from me as someone who got in trouble big time and didn’t think had a chance winning this case. John and his team was behind me from the very beginning and said they would handle any situation that came up and don’t try to worry so much. They made me feel calm and kept my head up the entire time. They’re definitely the best law firm in the state of Florida and I’ll back that up till the day I die.
When I was in need of an attorney to handle my case, I had no idea where to start! I went online and found Musca Law. I had received my court paperwork on a Thursday and the hearing was scheduled for the following Monday, only 4 days later. I called Musca Law and the phone was answered right away. They listened to me and let me explain everything. They accepted my case, and before the day ended, I had already received multiple phone calls to learn more and decide the best course of action. By the end of the day Friday, 2 motions had already been filed with the judge on my behalf and we had established the best strategy for handling the situation. I even got an email from the law firm staff on Saturday to let me know I could contact them any time, even on the weekend, if I had any questions. At the hearing Monday, the courthouse wouldn't let me go in due to covid-19 restrictions, so the attorney went into the hearing for me. Musca Law was able to get the whole case completely dismissed during the hearing and I received the court documents referencing the dismissal within an hour so that I could have them for my records. I was so surprised to be treated so well and this law firm really made me feel like I was a priority!! It was very refreshing to know that I was going to be taken care of and so much less stressful having all of my questions answered and really feeling like I was ready to handle that hearing and that Musca Law was going to make sure I was covered and my case won. And with just 4 days notice, they did so much for me and were able to get my case dismissed. I can't speak highly enough of this law firm and I will always be so grateful for the representation they provided!!
Top notch team that did everything in their power to get the best possible outcome for me. They went above and beyond. They were able to have a license suspension lifted in a month and a half. Very professional and very thorough. This was the first time I had been in any kind of legal trouble and they were patient and helpful every step of the way! I am from out of state and the only way I could check lawyers out was through reviews. Musca Law had the best DUI reviews around so I chose them and I am ecstatic about that choice. Thanks again Musca Law!!!
