Do not hire this guy or his team. They are very unprofessional and unreliable. They will waste your time and money, and they make promises they do not go through with. hired Bryant Scriven for a possession of THC case. From the beginning, he assured me that he could beat my case, which is why I hired him and paid his fee. However, after only the second court appearance, he completely changed his position and told me he could not guarantee beating the case—despite promising otherwise before I hired him. He then pushed me into pre-trial intervention, even though I had made it very clear to him that I did not want to do it. At that point, I had no choice since he said he couldn’t guarantee a better outcome. Months later, when I tried contacting him, his office repeatedly told me he would call me back the same day, but I did not hear from him until about a week later. When we finally spoke, I asked if he could help me get out of a 90-day probation reset. He told me he would go to court and talk to the judge. On the day of court, he told me right before I was supposed to take the stand that the judge said nothing could be done. He then said he needed to take a quick call and would be right back to take the stand with me, but he never returned. I ended up taking the stand alone. After leaving court, I tried calling him multiple times with no response. Overall, this was a very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I do not recommend hiring him.
