I felt compelled to leave this review after speaking with Brett, the owner of the firm. The attorney who originally handled my driving-related case is no longer with the firm, and I recently reached out because I had some lingering questions and frustrations regarding my case and its outcome.
Brett heard about my concerns and personally called me almost immediately. From the moment we spoke, he was incredibly genuine, warm, patient, and easy to talk to. What stood out to me most was that Brett was not the attorney who represented me and had no obligation to spend the amount of time he did walking me through everything, answering my questions, and making sure I fully understood what had happened with my case!
He never made me feel rushed, dismissed, or as though my concerns were an inconvenience. Instead, he listened, explained everything in a way that was clear and compassionate, and gave me the space to ask every question I needed to ask! By the end of our conversation, I genuinely felt heard, respected, and so much better about the entire situation.
