A unique situation arose for me and David not only had the knowledge base and expertise to provide the right recommendation, but was able to skillfully navigate the legal system to achieve an optimal result. No one wants to have a situation where they need an attorney, but if you do need one make sure they are as good as David.

David Hardy came through for me in a moment of desperation and uncertainty. I turned myself in on Thursday night (5/14) on a warrant with no bond for driving with a suspended license. I was under the impression that I would see a judge the next day and have a bond posted so I could be released. However, I soon found out that I was wrong and would have to wait up to 10 days to receive a court date. My family reached out to Mr. Hardy on Friday and by Saturday morning (5/16) he filed a motion for my release. He reassured my family that I would be released by Monday night (5/18) and kept open communication with them throughout the process. Sure enough, I was released on Monday night and by Wednesday afternoon (5/20), Mr. Hardy was able to get the state attorney to drop my case and assign no further court dates. We appreciate Mr. Hardy’s honesty and efficiency and 100% recommend him as the best criminal defense lawyer. Dave has 5 stars for a reason 😂 I’ve never even met this man in person, we live 1500 miles apart, and somehow he still managed to make me feel more supported than people physically around me during the most stressful 5 months of my life. I never had to step foot in court myself. He handled everything. He’s funny as hell, talks over you because he already knows where you’re going with the sentence, has a huge personality, and genuinely knows his shit. You can tell within five minutes he’s the kind of lawyer that actually understands how to work a courtroom and how to talk to people. From the beginning, Dave got me a deal that realistically was VERY good considering the situation I was in. Like genuinely better than I think most people would’ve gotten. The problem was… I was absolutely not accepting it at the time 😂 I was stressed, emotional, stubborn, overwhelmed, all of the above. But looking back now, he really did kill it from day one. Right away, I wanted to pursue a modification of sentence instead. And honestly, I know if Dave truly thought there was no shot, he wouldn’t have taken it on the way he did. He believed there was a real case there and he fought HARD for it. Obviously lawyers cost money and that’s part of the job, but with Dave it never felt like it was just about that. The man genuinely wanted to WIN. He wanted the best outcome possible for me. He cared about the result and he cared about my future. Then came the modification hearing. Judge challenged it. Another court date got set. Stress through the roof. One thing Dave said to me during all of it that’ll genuinely stick with me forever was: “Make it hard for them to say no.” And that became the goal. Him and I put our all into building that case. He kept me focused, pushed me when I needed it, rooted for me hard, and helped me put together something that felt genuinely hard to deny. Never once did I feel like just another client. If you want a lawyer who’s going to fight for you, keep it real with you, and know exactly what he’s doing, hire Dave. Simple as that.
