I cannot say enough good things about Leanna.
When I was arrested for a probation violation, she was there for me every step of the way and went far beyond what most attorneys would ever do. She didn’t just handle my case, she took care of real-life problems too. She even brought a notary to the jail so I could sign paperwork to get my truck out of impound. That alone saved me from a huge loss.
She came to the Sarasota jail multiple times just to speak with me in person, even if it was only for a few minutes, just to make sure I was okay and understood what was happening. When I was extradited to Daytona, she drove there multiple times within a matter of days to advocate for me. She talked with me on the phone every day and kept me informed the entire time.
She worked quickly to get my court date moved up so I didn’t have to sit in jail for weeks waiting to see a judge, and she even made sure I was seen first on my hearing date. On top of all of that, she truly cared about my wellbeing, she even put money on my books when I needed it.
That level of dedication, compassion, and hustle is rare. I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews because my experience was the complete opposite.
Leanna is professional, relentless, compassionate, and absolutely outstanding at what she does.

Honestly extremely upset with this entire situation.
First do not hire this law firm unless you fully read through and address who is representing you! I was under the impression I was retaining Leanna Seidlich, a lawyer i felt comfortable speaking to from the very first conversation. Upon our conversation she reassured me she felt confident in taking on my case and situation. I signed the retainer agreement and sent it back alongside $1,500. I got handed over to another lawyer I had zero communications with, because if i would’ve I wouldn’t have hired who represented me. I was NOT confident in the representation upon our first conversation. I was told to be quiet, and we butt heads. I requested a call with Leanna and she tried to reassure me that this was a lawyer she had extremely confidence in. This lawyer did nothing but charge me an arm and a leg, $1050 in researching statutes for 3 hours “because it’s billable to clients” + a paralegal does 95% of the work but charges you as a lawyer does. $5 per communication via Clio their suggested app for communication. Every single message was $5 a piece.
We originally agreed upon $4500, with me sending $1500 to initiate the retainer.
During the time I had them for representation their billing department didn’t acknowledge that the bill has surpassed $4500 in charges and never notified me. Instead I was billed heavily and told they needed $500 to move forward. Sent the $500, and communication ceased for almost 2 months. Upon gathering my needed documents for discovery I was told i needed to pay $2000 in order for them to continue business, immediately after I just an emergency surgery in which i notified them i wouldn’t be able to immediately work. Yesterday evening i received a letter via email requiring $2000.
I STAND STRONGLY WHEN I SAY THE WORK DONE IS ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY YOU DISH OUT.
There was barely any movement in my case, barely any communications other than with their paralegal, and sometimes the lawyer. It’s genuinely highway robbery hiring them as representation.
And again, i urge you strongly to read your retainer agreement with them so you don’t end up in a money pit the same way I did. Now i had to hire another lawyer who is already picking up these messy pieces to rebuild this case properly as they should’ve done before requesting $6,696 after being paid $2000…. Save your money, hire another lawyer.

A honest review. I was facing a criminal charge under a new law. My case went straight to Trial! Without Leanna having time to gather evidence and more putting her and I in a tough spot that didn’t look good for me. Leanna and her team were amazing and she confidently fought for me in that court room TODAY! 12/15/2025. Even with all odds pretty much against me, I walked out of there with no conviction and no jail! I’m so thankful I had Leanna in that court room with me to lay down the law! Without her they would’ve chewed me up and sent me to jail! Thank you Leanna! You and your team rock! Also she’s is based out of Tampa and took the drive each time all the way up to the Inverness courthouse to fight for me!! If your Looking for an attorney this is who you want fighting for you!
