Miss Marlene Arroyo was extremely helpful in settling with a recent lawsuit I had to face. She listened to my concerns and questions and made me feel like I was genuinely appreciated and helped arrange a payment I was able to do to clear my debt. Would rate 10 stars if I was able to.
Today, I was unexpectedly served with legal paperwork regarding a debt that, quite honestly, I wasn’t even aware existed. Naturally, it was a very stressful experience. I immediately contacted the law office and had the pleasure of speaking with Marlene. I explained my situation and told her that I simply didn’t have the energy to go through a lengthy process. I asked if there was any way we could reach a settlement and resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Marlene was outstanding. She carefully reviewed the numbers, worked with me to reach a fair resolution, and promptly emailed all the necessary documents. She remained patient throughout the entire process, waited while I received the emails, stayed on the line until I signed and returned the paperwork, and made sure everything was completed smoothly and without any issues. What impressed me the most wasn’t just her professionalism and efficiency—it was her compassion and genuine concern. Those are qualities that can’t be taught. They come from truly caring about people. As a retired member of the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office with 45 years of public service, I’ve dealt with people during some of the most stressful moments of their lives. I know firsthand how much a calm, respectful, and understanding person can make a difference. Marlene did exactly that for me today. Marlene, you don’t deserve five stars—you deserve ten. Thank you for turning a very difficult day into one that ended with relief and peace of mind.
Marlene was absolutely wonderful to work with!! She was professional, patient and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. At this time, we do not know who you are, why you have not contacted her, or how you determined she owes your company any balance. Your company has changed its name and phone number, and if I had not searched online, we would not have known that you are the entity responsible for the wage garnishment. This lack of transparency is deeply concerning and raises questions about the legitimacy of your practices. My cousin has never received notice of any debt, never received documentation, and was never informed of any court hearing. Despite this, you have been garnishing her entire paycheck every pay period-leaving a low-income mother with no ability to feed her six children, pay their education, or maintain basic living expenses. It appears you may have purchased an account from a third party who also failed to notify her of any alleged balance. she was never contacted, never given the opportunity to dispute the claim, and was apparently taken to court without proper service. If a judgement was entered without legally required notice, this raises serious due-process concerns. We are requesting the following immediately: Full validation of the alleged debt Proof of ownership of the account Proof of proper service for any court action A copy of the judgment A complete accounting of how the balance reached $22,000 Documentation showing your legal right to collect and garnish wages Until this information is provided, the debt is disputed in full. Your company's lack of transparency-including name changes, phone number changes, and failure to notify the alleged debtor-creates the appearance of predatory or deceptive practices. We expect a prompt response.
I appreciated my conversation with Marlene, who recognized my voice from a previous call. I was pleased that she was able to come up with a plan. Initially, I was nervous and apprehensive, and needed to use the restroom. However, she advised me to take a break, assuring me that she would remain on the line, as I was concerned about being disconnected due to the lengthy wait time to reconnect and my work commitments. She suggested muting the call, and assured me that she would be available upon my return, which proved to be the case. After getting everything approved she went over the paper advising me what to do. I had been in a challenging situation for an extended period and was trying to get back on track. I tried to hold back the tears thanking her for her patience and job expertise. I felt a great sense of relief and thanked her several times. When my final payment is made I will contact her again. Afterwards I hope that next time I will be in a more favorable situation, perhaps even winning the lottery and sharing it with her.
Rataysha has helped me twice and she was an amazing help with fixing the issue I had. She was able to give me the information I needed to remove a case off of me. I did understand the information at first wrong but she was able to make my anxiety from 100 to 0. She had amazing customer service and I was very happy.
