I had the pleasure of working with Dustin Butler and Kelly Arroyo. going into this situation I had no clue where to start. Dustin helped walk me through the whole situation and was very transparent of all the options and and possible results to those options. Always answered in a timely manner and helped ease my anxious mind when needed. Kelly was great at keeping things organized and helping me with any tasks I had questions on. I was very happy to have them on my side, they were both professional and also very personable.

Matthew Stauffer is a very sloppy condescending lawyer. He didn't read my file at all apparently, He filed the lawsuit in Lee County, when the bulk of my father's estate is in Collier County, then four months into being on my case he gets around to file 'Notice to Creditors'. When I asked him why he didn't file sooner he blamed me for not telling him I was my father's personal representative! Well excuse me I'm not a lawyer and secondly it was right in my file that he failed to read, in the first codicil of my father's will! He then gets his ego bruised and drops me in the 11th hour after billing me $9k and I have nothing to show for it! He should be disbarred.

My experience with Dustin Butler at Martin Law Firm started off well, but ended very disappointing. I was sent two draft letters that I never approved or used, yet I was charged $1,000 regardless.
I understand time is money. However, this was not the case. I received no response after my initial call back and left a VM for clarification on the letters, as they were not to my liking and as the client I have that right.
When I reached out for an explanation and requested a refund, I was ignored despite multiple attempts to follow up by email with both Mr. Butler and who I assume to be his assistant. I was only told that the work was completed.
Clients deserve clear communication and fair billing, especially when fees of this size are involved. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
I paid another firm $500, which was half and within that had a better experience!

We were looking for information about estate planning, and made a free consultation with Steve Martin. He is a professional and courteous attorney who explained the proposal with us. There was no pressure to hire him and his law firm, but gave us some great points to follow on. Also told us to be careful not to get caught up with other attorneys who will try and sell us something we don't need.
The quotes he gave us we're reasonable and he informed us to contact him anytime if we needed his services. I would recommend the services of Martin Law Firm if you're looking for a honest and trustworthy law firm.
