I scheduled an appointment at this office and was assisted by an attorney. Honestly, I am not fully confident that the information provided was completely accurate, as it appeared that she was referring to Google during our meeting on her laptop to answer questions. This was concerning, as I expected more direct and reliable guidance from a professional.
Additionally, I understand that not everyone is fully fluent in English and that language skills take time to develop. However, I do not believe a professional consultation is the appropriate setting to practice the language, as there were several instances where communication was difficult, both in understanding her and in her understanding us. At the very least, I believe an interpreter should be provided to avoid misunderstandings.

It is interesting that your response does not address the content of the experience described, but instead focuses on discrediting the person who posted it.
The fact that there is no record under my name does not automatically prove that the review is “fake,” nor does it justify suggesting that it comes from a competitor or a disgruntled family member. That type of assumption says more about the response strategy than about the accuracy of the review itself.
A truly professional response would have addressed the facts and concerns raised, rather than publicly attempting to dismiss the person expressing them. That said, I appreciate that you replied; it is up to each reader to draw their own conclusions.
