From the very first phone conversation with David Haas, I felt an immediate sense of calm. He was so attentive and took the time to really listen to everything I needed to tell him about my daughter’s charges. He was kind, reassuring, and always made me feel like he sincerely cared about her situation. Anytime I had a question, he was readily available and quick to respond which gave me great peace of mind during a very stressful time.
