I strongly advise anyone considering Gayardo Law Firm to look elsewhere. My experience with them has been unprofessional and incredibly frustrating. Excessive Billing: They will charge you for the most minimal interaction, including a simple two-minute phone call. They seem more focused on finding ways to bill you than actually providing service. Terrible Communication: The front desk consistently promises that someone will call you back, but they never do. I had to call them repeatedly just to get an update, only to be ignored again. Unprofessional Tactics: I received a call to continue a case and attempted to cancel only a few hours later. I was told I would receive a callback that same day. I waited all day with no response. When I followed up, they claimed they had already "opened the case"—clearly a tactic to justify charging me immediately despite my attempt to cancel. They are too quick to charge and completely irresponsible when it comes to customer attention. Save your money and your time: run as fast as you can. I will never do business with them again.
IF YOURE READING THIS GO GET ANOTHER LAWYER!!! I honestly regret working with Gallardo Lawyers. Their billing is completely out of control. Be prepared to be charged for literally every single phone call even those you can’t even pick up! They will own your time and charge you for it. There was zero transparency, and every time I saw a new charge it made less and less sense. How do you justify charging a client for calls where nothing even happens. It really felt like I was being taken advantage of. Instead of helping me. Do yourself a favor and think twice before hiring them. RUUUUN AWAYYYY FROM THIS PEOPLE!
I paid $6,000 for representation in my family case. After six months, I received a court notification directly from the court without my attorneys informing me. They only notified me one day before the hearing and demanded an additional $1,000 to represent me. I later realized that little to no work had been done on my case during those six months, and I was told that my funds were already exhausted without receiving a proper explanation or detailed billing statement. On the day of the hearing, I was asked to make another payment in order for them to continue representing me. After that, they began requesting weekly payments of $500 to $600. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism. I trusted them with my case and my money, and I did not receive the level of service I expected. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience.
I’m very disappointed with my experience with Gallardo Law Firm. I was billed for every phone call, and communication was consistently delayed—when I called, I was often told someone would return my call, but it regularly took about three days. I also contacted the office to cancel a request/transaction. The front desk assured me a note would be placed and that someone would contact me, but no one did. I had to call three times, and by the time I finally received a return call, the transaction I did not want had already been processed. Overall, the firm was quick to charge but provided low-quality service and poor follow-up. I recommend getting everything in writing and confirming cancellations immediately. Based on my experience, I would avoid this firm.

Deeply Disappointed – Gallardo Law Firm Turned Their Back When It Mattered Most I went to Gallardo Law Firm seeking help and justice for my 7-year-old daughter (6 at the time), who had gone through serious emotional trauma while visiting her mother. I brought videos and recorded calls — all admissible in court — showing exactly what my daughter experienced, including being left alone multiple times and exposed to highly inappropriate behavior between her mother and her partner. At first, the attorneys acted shocked and genuinely concerned. Weeks later, everything changed. They suddenly told me they “didn’t have a case” and gave me weak excuses for refusing to represent me — completely ignoring the evidence they had already seen. It was clear something shifted behind the scenes, as if they’d been influenced or discouraged by the opposing side. Meanwhile, the real victim — my daughter — was left unprotected. To make matters worse, they tried to charge me over $1,500 extra beyond the credit I already had, and when I questioned it, they used the same excuse I’ve seen in other reviews — claiming they had “notified” me. It’s obvious this firm only takes easy, profitable cases and drops the ones that require real work or courage. Gallardo Law Firm starts by sweet-talking you and showing false empathy, but when your situation becomes serious, they retreat, make excuses, and walk away. What they did was not just unprofessional — it was unethical, especially when a child’s safety was involved. If you truly care about justice, integrity, and doing what’s right, avoid Gallardo Law Firm. They failed me, and more importantly, they failed to stand up for an innocent child who needed protection.
